There are eight types of delivery status, different fulfillment states of the order during its life cycle, as shown below

Failure to perform
When an order has been received but not yet processed, its shipment status is unshipped. This means that the order is awaiting stock, shipment or payment confirmation. The order waiting in the processing queue will also be marked as unfulfilled.
Partial performance
This status indicates that some items in the buyer’s order have been shipped, while others are still in the process of being shipped. You may have observed this state for an order with multiple items.

Pause: Next, we are in the on-hold state. This means that order processing has been temporarily suspended and is awaiting shipment.

Schedule shipments: When a business plans to start the shipping process on a specific date, they mark all upcoming orders as planned.
This status applies only to items that have been purchased or pre-ordered and provides the buyer with an estimated delivery date. Businesses can rely on automated systems to schedule orders, improve efficiency and handle large volumes.
Selecting
If your order is marked as selected, it means that featured items in your product have been selected from inventory. Picking must be done efficiently. The next process is to pack the selected material. This includes taking all measures to ensure the safety of goods during transport. Finally, when the order is picked, packed and labeled, it is given to the shipping company. Therefore, it is marked as shipped.
